Arrival

· NEW FROM WINTER 2025|2026:
1 reserved, free parking space at check-in
for the 1 + 2 bedroom apartments,
2 reserved, free parking spaces at check-in
for the 3 bedroom apartments,
each additional parking space (by prior arrangement and subject to availability) will be charged at Euro 10.00 per day.

· If your arrival is after 19:00, please kindly inform us.

· Private transfers from/to the train station or airport can be arranged for you (for a fee).

· Check-in: from 16:00, Check-out: until 10:00

Apartment & Prices

Within the booked category, no specific room number or floor can be guaranteed.

All apartments and the entire aparthotel are non-smoking areas.

The prices are per night for the specified number of persons including breakfast as well as statutory VAT. Subject to change.

Deposit

Reservations are only valid in written form. We kindly ask for a deposit of 30% via bank transfer.

Final Cleaning

For the final cleaning of the apartments, a one-time fee of € 28,– per person (or respective minimum occupancy) will be charged.

Breakfast

In our Burgmarktplatz, we offer you a generous breakfast buffet daily (in winter from 07:30 - 10:00 and in summer from 08:00 - 10:00). The breakfast can be cancelled at the time of reservation without exception for the entire apartment.

A deduction of € 5.00 per person per day will be made for this.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation or interruption of the stay
the cancellation fee is calculated as follows:

  • up to 3 months before departure: free cancellation
    We reserve the right to withhold an administration fee of Euro 50.00 for processing and refund of the deposit. 
  • 3 months to 1 month before departure:
    40% of the total package price
  • 1 month to 1 week before departure:
    70% of the total package price
  • In the last week before departure:
    90% of the total package price

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the Austrian hotel contract terms AGBH 2006 apply. Room cancellations are only valid in written form. In case of late arrival or early departure, unused overnight stays will also be charged.
